Minova Ekochem S.A. (formerly Fosroc Poland, and Minova Poland) is a modern firm, witch operates in the field of production and distribution of industry chemical products, especially for mining, (underground) building and tunneling.

Originally located in Bytom, Fosroc Poland Company started its activity in 1993, using modern technology and production lines, having excellent equipped laboratories and employing the best specialists. In 2001 Fosroc International bought Ekochem S.A. Company and since then three companies: Fosroc Poland Sp. z o.o., Ekochem S.A. and Fosroc Ksante have been working together on both Polish and European markets. In 2003 Fosroc Poland was purchased by Close Brothers Private Equity, an UK investment house, and became Minova Poland Sp. z o.o. The Company moved from Bytom to Siemianowice Śląskie. By connection of Minova Poland Sp. z o.o. and Ekochem S.A. in August 7th, 2005, Minova Ekochem S.A. was formed. It consolidated its position as the European leading supplier of polyester resin cartridges for rock bolting, mineral and cementitious grouts for strata support and cavity filling, foams and adhesives for sealing, consolidation and hydro-insulation of the rock masses, and specialized coatings, to the underground mining industry. Minova Ekochem S.A. also provides a wide range of equipment, used with its products.

Minova Ekochem S.A. products are manufactured under guidance of the implemented Quality Assurance System that meets requirements of ISO 9001:2000. The quality system was certified by the independent body BVQI.
